What makes Forest Built different from other builders in Coffs Harbour?

We limit the number of projects we take on so every build gets the attention it deserves. Every project has one dedicated project manager from early in the process through to handover.

We're fast and efficient because we plan every trade and material before we break ground. And we're honest - about timelines, budgets and whether we're the right fit for your project.

Our work has been recognised with multiple HIA Northern NSW awards, but the measure we care most about is whether our clients would build with us again.

What does the process look like from here?

It starts with a free call with one of our team to talk through your project and make sure we're the right fit. From there we'll meet at our office to scope the full build and provide an estimated project cost. You'll then receive your Onboarding Pack while we get to work on your detailed quote.

Do I need to have plans or designs before getting in touch?

Not at all. Many of our clients come to us before their designs are finalised. We're happy to talk through your ideas at any stage and can recommend trusted architects and designers we work with regularly if you need them.

What areas do you build in?

We're based in Coffs Harbour and primarily build across Coffs Harbour, Sawtell, Woolgoolga, Valla Beach, Boambee and the surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, give us a call and we'll let you know.

Can you build on a sloping or difficult site?

Yes. Some of our most interesting work has been on challenging sites. We assess every block carefully and find solutions that work with the land rather than against it.

Can I make changes during the build?

We scope and plan thoroughly upfront specifically to minimise variations during the build - this is how we protect your budget and timeline. That said, we understand circumstances change and we'll always work through any changes with you honestly, including what they mean for cost and schedule before anything proceeds.

Do you do knockdown and rebuild projects?

Yes. It's one of our core services. If you love your location but your home no longer works for you, a knockdown and rebuild is often the most cost-effective way to get exactly what you want without compromising on where you live. We manage the full process from demolition through to handover.

How long will the build take?

Every build is different. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the quoting stage and we stick to it. Our systemised approach means we plan every trade and material before we break ground, which keeps things moving.
