Valla House

Valla House was designed around one idea — that the best parts of living should happen outdoors as much as in. The home wraps around a private plunge pool in a U-shaped layout, with expansive glazing pulling light and space through every room.

Inside, the finishes do the talking. Polished concrete floors, soaring ceilings, feature linear brickwork and Blackbutt timber throughout — each one chosen deliberately, each one executed properly. The bathrooms are finished in handcrafted Venetian render, adding a layer of texture and craft that sets the whole home apart.
